We are happy only if you’re happy.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know. You have 60 days after your purchase to explore the product and draw your own conclusions. Hopefully, you’ll become one of the many customers who contact us to share the joy of their experience with us.

Keep in mind that we recommend to take our products for at least 2 months DAILY,  in order to experience the amazing benefits!

Think about it…. our products have been scientifically tested, so if you take them, THEY WILL WORK!

VERY IMPORTANT: don’t skip a day especially in the first 30 days because that’s when your body is making a huge shift, so make sure that the powerful NU NERVE ingredients reach your blood stream every day, both morning and evening!

Now, if you have been taking Nu Nerve daily, and you still haven’t seen results, ask yourself these questions:

  • do you have more energy?
  • do you feel happier?
  • do you experience less tingling in your members?
  • do you sleep better?
  • do you have better motility?
  • has your zest for life increased?

If you can answer with YES to at least one of the questions above, it means that NU NERVE is starting to take effect in your body, and the reason why you haven’t banished your nerve pain is because you are not taking enough of our supplement, so I recommend taking it 2-3 times a day daily!

So, if you decided that purchased product is not for you, here is what you have to know:

All product purchased online can be returned within 60 days after your purchase.

To get a refund, you must first send ALL Nu Nerve bottles (even used or empty) back to us, to the following address:  NU NERVE, 19655 E 35th Drive. Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011. – we do not refund you for the bottles not received!

To get a refund, you must:

  1. contact our support desk at support@getnunerve.com along with your full name, email address, Clickbank email invoice, and order number. You also need to share your experience with our products and tell us exactly what you are returning. For example if you ordered the 3 months supply package, and one of the bottles are opened, you should say that 2 units are as new and un-opened, while the other one is opened. Make sure that your order number will be written on a paper and placed inside your return package. 
  2. Wait for the support desk to confirm your request.
  3. Send us your return tracking number as a photo, and also write the full tracking number in the support ticket so we can verify it. Once your return package arrives in our warehouse, we’ll issue your refund.

Do not worry, because it’s ok if you sent back your products to us even on the 59th day of your 0-day money back guarantee period and we receive them several days later.

You will still get a refund if you shipped in due time.

Important: If you don’t give us your return tracking number or the one you give us doesn’t show as delivered to our return address, we will not issue you a refund. Also, if your return package has been shipped on the 181st day from your purchase, we will not issue you a refund.

IMPORTANT: Our products have a ONE TIME GUARANTEE, meaning that if you’ve tried NU NERVE and our other products and, for any reason, you’ve decided to return them back to us and you received a refund, if you ordered more of our products again in the future, you are NOT eligible for a refund for the second purchase…. In other words, we do not offer SECOND REFUNDS!
